About Vantrel

Vantrel SAS is a French software company headquartered in Lyon, France. Founded in 2018, Vantrel develops and operates Vantrel Plan, a cloud-based collaborative planning platform used by finance, sales and HR teams to build budgets, forecasts and scenario models.

As of June 2026, Vantrel employs approximately 240 people across offices in Lyon (headquarters), Paris, Lisbon and New York.

Product and delivery model

Vantrel Plan is delivered exclusively as a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application accessed through a web browser. Vantrel does not offer on-premise, private cloud or self-hosted deployments.

Customers can choose between three plans: Starter, Business and Enterprise. Several security features (customer-managed encryption keys, SCIM provisioning, enhanced SLA, dedicated Customer Success Manager) are only available on the Enterprise plan.

Customers

Vantrel serves more than 600 customers in 25 countries, mainly mid-size and large companies in Europe and North America, in industries including retail, manufacturing, financial services and software.

Security and compliance organization

Information security is led by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), who reports directly to the CEO. The CISO chairs a Security Committee that meets monthly and includes the CTO, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the Head of Legal.
